2024 Minth Global Management Trainee Camp Successfully Concluded

On August 11, 2024, the 11-day "Minth Power Really Extraordinary" 2024 Minth Global Management Trainee Camp came to a successful conclusion, and nearly 100 management trainees of the 2024 session participated in this camp.

2024年8月11日,为期11天的“敏动力·实不凡”2024敏实集团全球管培生训练营圆满落下帷幕,近百位2024届管培生参加了此次营会。

Review


With Conscious, Intelligence, Compassion and Mission as the core, and Minth's Core Values and Overall Wellness as the cornerstone, this camp comprehensively improves the abilities and qualities of the trainees from the three perspectives of Rooting Culture, Stimulating Potential and Embracing Future. Through a series of diversified sharing and activities, each future leader can deeply understand and identify with Minth culture, and inspire the vision of growing together with the company.

本次集训以自觉、才智、爱心、使命为核心,以敏实核心价值观、全人健康理念为基石,从根植文化、激发潜能、拥抱未来三个角度全面提升管培生的各项能力素质。通过一系列多样化的分享及活动,让每位未来领袖深度理解与认同敏实文化,激发与公司共同成长的愿景。

Chapter 1

Opening Ceremony

开营典礼


At the opening ceremony, Ms. Wei Ching Lien, Executive Director, Chairman & CEO of Minth Group, expressed her expectation for the new management trainees, hoping that they can make use of the abundant resources provided by the company, accumulate themselves, and grow into talents who can assume important responsibilities in the future. It requires not only deep learning in professional fields, but also continuous improvement in cultural diversity and global perspective, adapting to the working environment and culture of different countries and regions.Ms. Wei Ching Lien stressed that management trainees should be proactive and brave enough to face challenges and become an important pillar of the group's future development.

在开营典礼上,敏实集团执行董事、主席兼CEO魏清莲女士对于新一届入职的管培生表示期许,希望他们能够利用公司提供的丰富资源,沉淀自我,成长为未来能够担任重要职责的敏实人才。不仅需要在专业领域的深度学习,还要在文化多样性和全球视野中不断提升,适应不同国家和地区的工作环境和文化。魏老师强调,管培生应积极主动,勇于面对挑战,成为集团未来发展的重要支柱。


Ms. Helen Xu, HRVP of Minth Group, expressed her expectations to the management trainees, mentioning in her speech the importance of family atmosphere, personal character, continuous learning,  innovation and sense of mission for the personal development and growth of management trainees. And hoped that everyone who joins Minth Group can always uphold the core values of Integrity,  Trust, Teamwork and Embrace Change, and move forward with the group at the same time to continuously develop a higher level of Overall Wellness.

敏实集团全球人力资源副总裁徐海兰女士也向管培生们表达了期许,她提到家庭氛围、个人品性、持续学习、创新精神及使命感对于管培生个人发展与成长的重要性。她期待每一名加入敏实集团的伙伴都能够始终秉持正直诚信、相互信任、团队合作、引领变革的核心价值观,与集团共同前行,不断发展更高水平的全人健康。

Summit Dialogue

高峰对话


During the Summit Dialogues, the Group's big shots appeared on stage to share and exchange views on a number of topics, which mainly covered the themes of Overall Leadership, Inspire Innovation, Market Insights, Global Operations, Financial Perspective, Digital Transformation, AI Technology, DE&I, and so on. The whole series of Summit Dialogues is a feast of knowledge and a collision of inspirations, which is an extremely valuable learning opportunity and growth ladder for every global management trainee participating in them. The Summit Dialogues not only provide the management trainees with rich knowledge and valuable experience for their rapid growth, but more importantly inspire them to think and act in a way that enables them to continuously improve and enhance. It is believed that in the coming days, these management trainees will be able to use what they have learnt and sensed in their practical work and contribute to the development of the company.

在高峰对话中,集团大咖纷纷登场,进行了多个主题的分享和交流,分享内容主要涵盖了全人领导力、激发创新、市场洞察、全球运营、财务思维、数字化转型、AI技术、DE&I等主题。个系列的高峰对话是一场知识的盛宴与灵感的火花碰撞,对于参与其中的每位全球管培生而言,都是极其宝贵的学习机会和成长阶梯。高峰对话不仅为管培生们提供了丰富的知识和宝贵的经验,让管培生们得到快速成长,更重要的是激发了他们的思考和行动,能够持续改善和不断提升。相信在未来的日子里,这些管培生们能够将所学所感应用于实际工作中,为企业的发展贡献自己的力量。

Growth Navigation

成长引航


During the Camp, we invited Ms. Sunnie Cao,  who is in charge of the corporate culture of the Group, to provide an in-depth analysis of Minth's culture and values. Mr. Leon Xu, head of the Overall Wellness Center, delivered a lecture on "Emotional Intelligence," helping trainees to further identify their own emotions and those of others. Meanwhile, Mr. Kerry Xiang, Talent Development Senior Manager of Minth Academy, guided trainees to better understand their own and team members' behavioral patterns through the DISC personality behavior recognition. Ms. Josie Jiang, HRM of MBU, and Ms. Isabel Huang, Learning and Development Manager of Minth Academy, brought everyone the course of "Exploration of Personal Growth", helping the management trainees better identify their strengths and weaknesses. Additionally, the Growth Forum featuring alumni from previous years allowed trainees to draw valuable insights from the experiences of their predecessors. This series of sharing sessions laid a solid cultural and ideological foundation for the global management trainees in their professional careers.

在此次训练营中,我们特邀了集团企业文化负责人曹柳经理,为大家深入解析敏实的文化和价值观。全人健康中心负责人徐增经理为大家带来《情绪智慧》,帮助各位管培生进一步识别自己与他人的情绪。敏实大学的向舟总则通过DISC个性行为特征认知,帮助学员们更好地理解自己与团队成员的行为模式。MBU的人力资源经理姜璟和敏实大学学习与发展经理黄培为大家带来《个人成长探索》课程,帮助管培生们更好识别自己的优劣势。同时,历届学长学姐的成长论坛也让大家从前辈的经验中汲取了宝贵的成长智慧。这一系列的分享为全球管培生们的职业生涯打下了坚实的文化和思想基础。

Multi-Dimensional

Experience

多维体验


The camp was designed with diversified experiential activities, mainly including task challenges, practical projects, discussions and exchanges, visits, etc. 

The activities were full of fun and challenges. During the activities, everyone gave full play to their individual strengths and talents, appreciated and cared for each other in teamwork, and overcame their fears and rose to the challenges. The camp not only brings rich experiences to the trainees, but also comprehensively demonstrates and improves their abilities and qualities, and promotes overall development.

此次训练营设计了多样化的体验式活动,主要包括任务挑战、实践项目、讨论交流、参观访问等,活动充满了趣味性和挑战性。在活动中,大家充分发挥个人所长,展现个人才华,也在团队协作中互相欣赏、彼此关心,在挑战面前克服恐惧、迎难而上。训练营不仅带给管培生们丰富的体验,也全面展现与提升了管培生们的能力及素质,促进全人发展。

Chapter 5

Cross-Cultural Communication

跨文化交流


At the final stage of the camp, it coincided with the beginning of an exchange program for nearly 100 Serbian youth hosted by Minth Group to visit China. Taking advantage of this opportunity, nearly 200 Chinese and Serbian youth from the two groups spent a wonderful day together, gaining profound insights and understanding of cross-cultural communication. In the evening, China-Serbia Cultural Exchange Night and the Closing Ceremony of the 2024 Minth Global Management Trainee Camp were held by the beautiful Swan Lake.

Before the evening party began, Mr. Chin Jong Hwa, the Founder of Minth Group, encouraged the company, which is at a pivotal moment of its global expansion journey, to solidify its foundation in China while embracing a global perspective in order to effectively navigate the challenges of the market. He encouraged all Minth employees to continuously showcase their talents and work together to realize the company's dream. Ms. Helen Xu, HRVP, expressed her blessings and her expectations for cultural integration and common development.

Chinese and Serbian youths gathered together to present an unforgettable cultural fusion performance. This event not only deepened the mutual understanding of each other's cultures but also fostered international friendship, strengthened mutual respect and cooperation in a multicultural setting. It also marked a successful conclusion to the 2024 Minth Global Management Trainee Camp.


在训练营最后阶段,恰逢是由敏实集团主办的近百位塞国青年来华交流活动开始,借此机遇,两个群体近两百位中塞青年共同度过了奇妙的一天,对跨文化交流有了深刻的体会和认识。当晚,中塞文化交流夜暨2024敏实集团全球管培生训练营结营典礼在美丽的天鹅湖畔进行。

在晚会开始前,敏实集团创办人秦荣华先生勉励敏实集团正处在全球化发展的关键时期,指出企业需要立足中国,同时覆盖全球,以应对市场的挑战。他鼓励全体敏实人都能不断展现才能,共同实现企业的梦想。全球人力资源副总裁徐海兰女士表达了祝福及对于文化融合与共同发展的期待。

中塞青年欢聚一堂,为大家献上了一场难忘的文化融合晚会。此次活动不仅加深了双方对彼此文化的理解,还促进了国际友谊,增强了多文化背景下的相互尊重与合作,也为2024年度敏实集团全球管培生训练营画上了一个圆满的句号。
