From May 15 to 17, 2025, the 17th China International Battery Fair (CIBF 2025) was grandly held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. This grand event, hailed as the "Global Bellwether for the New Energy Industry," unfolds with an unprecedented scale of 300,000 square meters and the monumental participation of over 3,000 exhibiting enterprises. It comprehensively showcases the entire industry chain ecosystem including battery materials, production equipment, cell manufacturing, Pack technologies, recycling and reuse, etc.

As a first-tier enterprise in China's new energy equipment sector that attaches great importance to the low-carbon development of global energy, and also one of the advanced enterprises in the world providing AI intelligent whole-plant solutions for new energy. Lyric made its appearance at the exhibition with the theme of "Driving the Future with Intelligence and Empowering the Globe". It showcased a variety of cutting-edge physical equipment, innovative technologies, and turnkey production-line solutions at the exhibition, and jointly explored the development and future of the battery intelligent manufacturing equipment industry with global customers.

Full scenario whole line matrix: New energy extreme intelligent manufacturing

During the event, Lyric holistically demonstrated its whole-line solutions spanning the entire new energy industrial chain. The display featured solid-state batteries, power and energy storage, and 3C digital lithium battery smart factory solutions, alongside full-scenario solutions for intelligent logistics. Among them, core equipment such as double-layer high-speed coating machines, high-speed cutting and stacking integrated machines, module PACK lines, and cell assembly lines were exhibited with emphasis. Moreover, multiple innovative technologies were integrated, including EIS detection, laser welding technology, visual technologies like industrial CT, ultrasonic welding quality monitoring systems, and AI computing power digital centers. All of these comprehensively demonstrated Lyric’s technological innovation capabilities and profound technological accumulations.

Breaking Through with Technology: Tackling the Pain Points of the Industry
In this exhibition, Lyric invited authoritative experts in the industry and renowned research institutions. Through more than 20 keynote speeches in five special sessions, namely "Solid-State Batteries," "Core Lithium Battery Equipment," "Intelligent Battery Manufacturing," "Welding/Inspection Equipment," and "Platform Technologies", in the mode of "technology demonstration + expert interpretation", it accurately addressed the pain points of the industry.

In the field of solid-state batteries, Lyric has successfully mastered the manufacturing process of the production line equipment for all-solid-state batteries and overcome the technical difficulties regarding the uniformity and consistency of materials in the dry electrode process. The innovative products independently developed by Lyric, such as the integrated machine for electrode rolling and electrolyte thermal compounding, the laminating machine for glue frame printing, and the high-voltage formation and grading equipment, have not only improved the energy density and cycle life of batteries, but also enabled the efficient, safe, and standardized production of all-solid-state batteries.

The smart logistics full-scenario integrated factory solutions, encompassing critical processes from raw material warehousing to automated PACK storage, significantly enhance operational efficiency. This solution achieves full-process automation and digitalized management, providing strong support for enterprises.

For welding processes, Leadman has launched welding modules and welding quality monitoring systems for combined or individual applications, which are suitable for various ultrasonic welding needs. The welding modules can be embedded into automated production lines and support stereo welding of complex workpieces. Meanwhile, the welding quality monitoring system ensures the precise control and closed-loop detection of the welding process through a five-tier feedback mechanism (such as infrared temperature measurement and pressure sensing). In addition, the handheld laser wire filling welding equipment is not only capable of handling large gap butt joints and thick plate welding, but also enables adjustment of the chemical composition of the weld seam during dissimilar metals joining, thereby reducing the occurrence of thermal cracks.

The EIS charge-discharge tester integrates the traditional formation and grading functions with advanced electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) technology. While realizing processes such as battery charging/discharging activation and capacity sorting, it can obtain key parameters to detect internal faults of batteries, thus improving production safety and efficiency.

The general-purpose industrial CT system comprehensively addresses both scientific research and industrial production demands. Capable of multi-range detection and imaging, coupled with reliable metrological calibration technology, it fulfills application requirements across diverse fields including electronic components, power batteries, oil & gas geology, casting and injection molding, reverse R&D, as well as materials science and life sciences.

The Lyric data center solution aims to address the pain points of multi-site enterprise groups, including fragmented data storage and low availability across multiple factories and production lines. By creating a comprehensive platform for unified data asset orchestration and intelligent analytics, it provides critical support for enterprises to achieve digital-intelligent factory transformation.
