As the logistics team leader pressed a red envelope into Liu Changjie's hand, Liu recoiled as if stung by an electric shock. Earlier that year, their client had switched to a new logistics provider. This company handled deliveries and pickups for multiple manufacturers, and frequent cases of improper cargo packing had emerged. After loading at previous factories, only five pallets arrived at their own plant despite six having been dispatched—leaving gaps in the truck that risked cargo toppling during transit. The supplier sought to "smooth things over" with warehouse staff by offering bribes, hoping they'd adjust storage positions to streamline loading/unloading efficiency.

"Helping out is fine, but accepting money? Absolutely not," Liu Changjie replied softly yet firmly. With twelve years of warehouse experience, he understood the sensitivity of his role: handling countless shipments daily and interacting with diverse suppliers, a single slip could compromise his integrity forever. Just as he was about to resume checking the inventory list, custodian Ma Zongsheng hurried over. "At the main gate, he tried slipping a red envelope into my pocket—I refused," Ma reported. The words instantly set off alarm bells for Liu—two other custodians were still working in the loading zone. If the supplier had targeted them too, others might well follow. He immediately called an impromptu team meeting in the warehouse aisle.

"If we accept a bottle of water today, a pack of cigarettes tomorrow, what happens when damaged goods arrive later? They'll ask you to look the other way. How could you refuse then?" Liu stressed gravely yet earnestly. The dozen custodians huddled in a circle, their breath visible as frosty wisps in the winter cold.

Old Zhang rubbed his red, chapped hands and muttered, "Yesterday a driver tried forcing cigarettes into my pocket, saying it was just to 'make friends.'" Young Li scratched his head. "Last week a supplier left drinks at my workstation, claiming it was to 'quench the heat.'" Such incidents were all too common. Stray cash left behind, snacks casually stuffed into pockets—labeled "trivial gestures," these micro-bribes were like loose screws in a warehouse processing thousands of shipments daily, threatening to trigger catastrophic failures at any moment.

The warehouse serves as the linchpin between production and transportation, with ethical dilemmas surfacing daily. Some joke that custodians are "beggars sitting on gold mines," but Liu Changjie never forgot his senior mentor's warning from his first day: "What we hold isn't just cargo—it's the company's reputation. Only when our pockets stay clean can our consciences remain clear!"

After graduating from university in 2014, Li Beicheng plunged headlong into the auto parts field, and spent three and a half years in Minth, gradually growing from an ordinary employee to an engineer who could take charge of his own work.

It was an ordinary work supervision and correction, Li Beicheng was busy for two hours, and when he checked the correction situation, he found that part of the work had not been completed according to the requirements. He was discussing with his colleagues how to improve the situation when he suddenly felt a hand in his hip pocket and heard a whispered voice: 'Manager Li ......'. He turned to see that the other person was stuffing something into his pocket and was also whispering instructions. Li Beicheng's heart 'thumped' for a moment, instantly nervous, he unconsciously touched his pocket, found a thick pile of money, about 2000 Yuan.

He was in a state of confusion, on the one hand, shocked, how could someone do such a thing on such an occasion; on the other hand, it is confused, how to deal with this money? If he took it, he might be able to make some immediate profit, but the moral sense in his heart was pulling him desperately. All sorts of thoughts flashed through his mind: if he took it, what if he was found out later? Would his career be ruined? What loss would the company suffer? These thoughts came like a tidal wave, leaving him a little breathless.

After a moment of panic, he quickly calmed down, took out the money firmly and returned it to the other party, saying seriously, "Just do the job, I don't need this. He looked into the other man's eyes, eyes full of determination.

In fact, this was not the first time Li Beicheng had faced such temptation. Before working at the Qingyuan Donghai An noodle factory, there were employees who asked him to turn 500 yuan, when he did not even think about it and refused. Tomic Milan, Production Line Manager of MAB Production Department 2, was awarded the title of 'Core Value Award' at the 2024 Employee of the Year for his outstanding management skills and team spirit. His story is a journey from ordinary to extraordinary.

When he first joined Minth, there were only eight people in his team. The company was still small, only about 200 people, and now the MAB factory has grown to thousands of people. He has worked his way up from the bottom to become a production line manager, gaining the confidence to dive deep into the manufacturing industry.

Tomic has taken on many key roles in his work. For example, in the G61 plant refurbishment project, frequent roll failures were leading to low efficiency. He took the initiative to propose an optimisation plan, worked across the border with the Chinese ADC team, worked 16 hours a day and successfully removed the problematic parts in just five days, increasing production capacity by five pieces per hour. With the right organisation, a team working together can solve problems even if they are thousands of miles apart. He told me.

With a surge in orders at the beginning of 2024, 20 new employees were hired in a short period of time, and Tomic boldly proposed that two Egyptian employees be hired to make things even more difficult. It was a great success - the new colleagues not only quickly mastered the processes, but also integrated themselves into the team. After work, the organisation often eats together and shares food from their home countries, with Serbian employees even bringing in traditional dishes they have made themselves. The cultural exchange has brought people closer together and made cooperation more seamless. He lamented. He always believes that the power of a team is far greater than that of an individual: 'No one fights alone, we have to learn to rely on and trust each other.

From a petrol station attendant to a production line manager, from a team of eight to a multinational team, Tomic Milan has demonstrated responsibility and perseverance through his actions. He has made the team a 'family' that supports each other and has become the most vivid practitioner of Minth's culture.
