基于PFAS限令,助力全球可持续发展的落地,上海马勒热系统有限公司在今年中旬成功的完成了R290热管理模块及系统的技术突破,实现了研发、试制、验证的技术闭环。通过对全球领先热泵系统试验台架的扩展升级,从而具备了兼容各种环保制冷剂介质的试验验证能力,为R290/R744制冷系统、R290热管理模块的研发、测试和优化提供了核心的设施保障。
基于完善的试验试制能力的搭建,上海马勒热系统有限公司成功开发且验证了具有独立知识产权的R290热管理模块,并与本土客户合作进行了整车的搭载验证,夯实了实现产业化的核心条件。
热泵系统试验台能够进行各种换热器、模块和系统试验。其配备了各类高精度传感器,能实时监控温度、压力、流量等关键参数,并在精准控制下模拟客户所需的各类测试工况和整车布置,精确实现了从系统台架到整车测试的无缝连接。
为了给替代制冷剂的开发添砖加瓦,此设备已经兼具R744和R290的试验功能,能够满足潜在制冷剂开发的各种测试要求。

Based on PFAS restrictions, SMTS successfully completed a technological breakthrough in the R290 thermal management module and system in the middle of this year to support the implementation of global sustainable development, achieving a technical closed loop of research and development, prototype, and validation. By upgrading the advanced heat pump system test bench, it has gained the testing capabilities for various natural refrigerants. it is the core function of research, testing, and optimization of R290/R744 refrigeration systems and R290 thermal management modules.
In order to contribute to the development of alternative refrigerants, this equipment already combines the testing functions of R744 and R290, which can meet various testing requirements for potential refrigerant development.
