Lyric (Boluo) is equipped with over 1,000 high-precision CNC machining tools, including ultra-precision coordinate and optical grinding machines, various precision machining tools, turn-mill centers, five-axis machining centers, multiple CNC automated production lines, gantry five-face machining centers, multi-edge bending centers, and injection molding machines. The core equipment boasts positioning accuracy within 0.006mm and surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.05 nm.

With full-size processing capabilities ranging from 0.5mm to 4000mm, the company provides micro-level ultra-precision components and large, complex structural parts, supporting a variety of materials including aluminum alloys, stainless steel, titanium alloys, copper and copper alloys, as well as engineering plastics such as PEEK, ABS, PC, nylon, and carbon fiber-reinforced composites. This allows Lyric (Boluo) to flexibly respond to and meet the diverse needs of customers across various industries.
