On January 9th, 2025, the Minth Group Partners Annual Conference and Award Ceremony, themed "Integrating Strengths, Winning Globally together," was successfully held at the Pearl Home in Jiaxing. Mr. Chin Jong Hwa, Minth Group's founder, along with Ms. Wei Ching Lien, the Chairperson and CEO of the Group and senior leaders from the Group's headquarters and BUs, attended the event.

2025年1月9日，敏实集团在嘉兴珍珠之家隆重召开了以“合链聚力 共赢全球”为主题的合作伙伴交流大会，暨2024年优秀供应商颁奖典礼。集团创办人秦荣华先生和董事长兼CEO魏清莲女士携总部职能及事业部管理层一同出席本次会议。

At the beginning of the event, Ms. Wei Ching Lien, delivered a welcome speech on behalf of the Group, expressing heartfelt gratitude to all supplier partners for their continued support and collaboration. She emphasized the importance of cooperation in the current tough environment and hoped that supplier partners would uphold correct values and advance together with Minth under the guidance of ESG sustainable development management principles.

大会伊始，魏清莲女士代表集团致欢迎词，对各供应商伙伴一直以来的支持表示衷心的感谢。她强调了在当前市场竞争激烈的环境下合作共赢的重要性，她希望各供应商伙伴能够秉承正确的价值观，在ESG可持续发展管理理念引领下，与敏实携手并进，全球发展。

Mr. Chin Jong Hwa, reviewed the establishment journey of Minth Group which was inseparable from the strong support of our partners and shared insights on the global political and economic landscape and industry trends, as well as Minth's recent global development, encouraging supplier partners to venture overseas to experience international conditions and investment environments.

秦荣华先生回顾了敏实集团的创办历程离不开供应商的鼎力支持，并与大家分享了全球政经及行业形势，以及敏实近年在全球的布局和发展现状，鼓励和号召供应商伙伴和敏实一起走出去开拓和壮大合作版图。

Ms. Cindy Yao, VP of the Group's Purchasing Center, reviewed the Group's sales business in 2024 and looked ahead to the Group's global business development over the next five years, shared the progress on the Group's global layout, and outlined the new supply chain requirements under the current situation: Cost Competitiveness, Collaborative R&D, Stable Quality, Global Delivery, Technological Innovation, Digital Empowerment and ESG. Ms. Cindy Yao emphasized the strategic direction of Minth Group's global procurement and the Group's firm determination to prioritize the development of core strategic suppliers.

集团采购中心全球采购副总裁姚黎光女士做了大会主题报告：回顾了2024年集团销售业务增长，并展望了未来五年集团全球业务发展， 分享了集团进一步深化全球布局的进展以及当前形势下对供应链的新要求——成本竞争力、协同研发、质量稳定、全球交付、技术创新、数字赋能和ESG，重点明确了敏实全球集量采购的战略方向，和重点发展核心战略供应商的坚定决心。

Following that, the Global Category managers introduced the subsequent global purchasing needs for each category and provided clear guidelines on supplier selection principles and procurement pricing process. and the Head of SQM from the GPC presented the quality performance of suppliers in 2024 and the specific policies and requirements for supplier management in 2025.

随后，各全球品类主管介绍了后续各品类的全球采购需求，并对供应商圈选原则和业务定点做了明确指引。供应商质量管理负责人介绍了2024年供应商的质量表现和2025年对供应商管理的具体政策和要求。

During the conference, Mr. Chris Liu, GM of MinCloud Technology, delivered a speech titled " Promote digital transformation of automotive parts industry via Leveraging Minth's optimal practice". Mr. Vincent Pei, the Head of Group ESG delivered a speech themed “ESG and sustainability supplies the future". Mr. Simon Chu, Head of HQ Audit & Evaluation Dept., shared his insights under the theme of " Integrity, Harmony and Vision lead to a shared future,". they empowered supplier partners in all aspects.

会议期间，集团敏云科技总经理刘名刚先生做了"借势敏实最佳实践，推进汽车零部件行业数字化转型”的主题分享，ESG负责人裴超先生做了“ESG与可持续发展供驱未来”的主题分享，审计监察部负责人鉏泉峰先生做了“清和志远，共赢未来”的主题分享，共同为供应商伙伴全方位赋能。

Finally, a grand award ceremony was also held at the conference venue to commend suppliers with outstanding performance in service business assistance, and quality in 2024. Through this event, partners not only gained a clearer understanding of Minth's globalization development strategy and future business needs but also received clearer direction for subsequent business cooperation. And strengthened their determination to embrace opportunities and challenges together with Minth. It is believed that in the future, more partners will be proactive and innovative in cooperation, fully empowering each other, becoming even better and making greater contributions to the development of the industry together.
